Important Information about your ride....
The following information will explain what Classic Carriage Company offers our clients to assure a lifetime memory.

Deposit and Safety Waiver:  With your deposit and signed contract we will reserve your date and time.  This allows Classic Carriage Company to dedicate your day especially for you. A signed safety waiver is necessary for you to be aware of all the rules and regulations for the ride. Please request a Contract & Release of Liability Form to be sent to you. 

Cancellations:  If a cancellation is needed, we will apply your deposit toward a future date.  If the weather conditions put the horse & carriage riders at risk, it is the driver’s discretion to call off the ride.  This is usually done in severe weather conditions only.  In the event of severe weather we will have a one hour waiting period to determine if the ride may continue.   We value our clients’ safety and feel that Classic Carriage Company stands out in being the “Elite” in the Houston area. We are a 1st class carriage company setting a new standard and hold that position proudly.

We are proud members of many equine humane organizations and take pride in our livestock, therefore, horses will not be worked in the heat of the day nor in dangerous conditions. We schedule the jobs accordingly.  We use Amish trained horses looking, always for the set standards required by a first class company.

At Classic Carriage Company, our clients are subject to a wonderful time with minimal rules to follow.

Rules: 
1.    No standing in carriage while it is moving.
2.    Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
3.    A safety waiver is to be signed prior to the ride.
4.    During the ride, if any injury that would jeopardize the horses’ health      
        occurs, the ride will be cancelled immediately.
5.    Horses may be approached and petted only with driver’s permission.
